This Privacy Policy explains how Solstice Coffee LLC ("Solstice," "we," "us"), 8126 Wicker Ave, St. John, IN, collects, uses and shares information when you visit solsticecoffee.com, fill out our forms, order from us, book an event, or receive our emails and text messages (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and any details you share in forms, bookings, catering or flower orders, reviews, or messages to us.
Order and payment information: online orders, payments, loyalty and gift cards are processed by our point-of-sale provider, Toast. We receive order details and contact information, but we don't store full payment card numbers.
Information collected automatically: when you use our site, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information to fill orders and bookings; respond to questions and requests; send order, booking and account updates; send marketing emails or texts when you've agreed to receive them; run our loyalty program; improve our menu, site and service; and protect our business and comply with the law.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Solstice, such as our point-of-sale and ordering provider (Toast), our website, customer management and messaging platform, and email and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messaging privacy
If you opt in to texts, we use your mobile number to send the messages you signed up for. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages. 5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies help our site work and help us understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as those from Google or Meta, which may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
